    that's a one hit wonder, but mainstream rock music stayed pretty great until the early '90s, then it pretty much turned to shit

    Nerd never threw a ball in his life. I am not even going to make a sly remark about how he could be a QB for Les at LSU. Nope not even going to go there. There is the age thing and all. It really doesn't even fit in that argument.

    Damn, the guy is 79 years old. That’s old, older than me. And he’s probably working 12 - 15 hour days. Give him a break.

    Couldn't agree with you more. And it's still mostly shit. Even country music strayed from it's roots in the 90's. Black singers stopped singing to everyone and started singing (rapping aint singing however) to each other. Loved the Motown era and the late 60's and most of the 70's. The eighties had some decent stuff then rock got weird. If you look hard enough there are some good groups and artist today.
