Couldn't agree with you more. And it's still mostly shit. Even country music strayed from it's roots in the 90's. Black singers stopped singing to everyone and started singing (rapping aint singing however) to each other. Loved the Motown era and the late 60's and most of the 70's. The eighties had some decent stuff then rock got weird. If you look hard enough there are some good groups and artist today.
