    If you test negative, go see them immediately! You aren’t shedding virus and they are safe. That’s really the only way to be sure you won’t infect them. Every couple of weeks, go get tested, if your negative, head in over to the folks. But don’t wait a few days, as you could catch it and then infect them.

    my step dad's been in the hospital for months, not covid related,.. my sister hasn't been allowed to see him for like six weeks,.. he died a few days ago, all alone

    you guys are great friends, thank you,.. truth is, he and I hadn't spoken in years, I'll pass your kind feelings along to my sister

    my point was,.. this covid hysteria has caused a lot of needless grief and suffering,.. I suppose it's prudent to lockdown hospitals, but there's a cold hearted theoretical, kinda tyrannical aspect to this overreaction that scares me more than the disease
