    if you take NY out of the picture, or the Northeast if you want, I would say things look pretty good. I was on board with the initial protocols but now I see we have a handle on this. Let's softly roll out life again.

    Here is an interesting graphic that shows states and their COVID-19 transmission rates. Developed by some ex-FaceBook guys. On the site with the data there is nothing about sources of data, but doing a Google search on RT live filled in some blanks. As of 8:00pm 4/22 it looked pretty positive.

    Arkansas is a not a meaningful number. It got in a prison and spiked. That is not community spread.

    Thinking those who heart NY, might be thinking about relocating in due time. What they are going through has just got to be miserable.

    I know they are a tough bunch, and most may never leave, but my shit's packed and ready to go by now. I mean, here, there, anywhere....gotta go

    Vitamin D. Take your Vitamin D. I take 5000 units/day. One of the docs I work with in researching this in his spare time and thats what he told me. And if you look where the most deaths are - up in NYC where they live on top of each other and get practically no sun.
