China has 2 billion people. The USA has something over 300 million. I haven't done the math but sounds like deaths here will be under 1000. When it strikes the third world shitholes millions could die.

I suspect there are many more cases of caronavirus than we know. That article talks about carriers and that’s where I think we are. We get daily updates from our CMO and so far none have been found in our hospital but today they told us to encourage patients to call their docs instead of showing up in the ER
