Are you willing to let go of everything, your way of life, your neighbors way of life, the structure of whatever company you might work for, your retirement if you no longer work, basically the economic future of the entire fucking country so that we can spend 60 million dollars per death for something that doesn't fucking require it?

See that is the point that you are missing. ALL of this bullshit money isn't NECESSARY! We could have kept the small businesses going for a fraction of what they have spent. Instead, we have people like you running around screaming for money and as much as you hate it that fuels the Pelosi's of the world.

Get a grip and realize that you are a pawn in your current state. Stand up for yourself man!

 

I'm not running around screaming for money. $1200 stimulus checks are a waste of $2 trillion and won't help anybody for more than a month. Some business that are closed could have stayed open. A restaurant could move the tables farther apart. It would lessen their capacity but they would be open.
Sports could have continued with a lessened seating capacity. But only a fool would go to a packed movie theater or something like that right now.

But the virus is worse than you give it credit for. The only reason it won't kill as many people as the 1918 Spanish flu is that modern medical technology is so much more advanced than it was then.
Whatever they spend or don't spend is beyond my capacity or yours to change. If Trump is spending $4 trillion just imagine how much more any of the democrats would be spending.

 

So on one hand you like advanced society, the benefits, but on the other you lash out at it, the negatives (ease of virus spreading).

No, the only reason it won't kill as many people is because it isn't as bad as the media is hyping it up to be. They are inflating the number of deaths as we speak and you are buying it hook line and sinker. Stop it, you are smarter than that. You are being lied to by every outlet that is on the air!

Whatever they spend is detrimental to US! They have already spent to much and while I agree that the democRats have made it worse by adding in bullshit it is way over the edge. It should have been much smaller and much more targeted at small businesses. That is what will keep the country going. To have you bickering about "would you spend 60 mil to keep yourself or your kid or aunt lucy or whomever alive" is beyond disingenuous, in fact it is stupid. Stop it. Slap yourself and wake the fuck up!
