I can tell some of you have never served in the military, which is fine; but I can tell you that everything you do has a Federal policy behind it.

I did IT auditing in my last duty and I can tell you it was very common for the big brass to just ignore policy and miss-use funds for whatever the fuck they wanted. Then complained about failing audits.....
