i didnt mean nice like they have beautiful buildings and super bottles of wine. i mean like technologically advanced and competent. if a hospital were to have the most modern tech, i would expect it in frankfurt or dallas, not pisa. also southern italy is much poorer than northern.

I am wondering if our numbers in Collin County are lower because our schools were out for Spring Break a week before Dallas and Tarrant counties. Our last day we were physically in school was March 6th, while the other countries were in school until the 13th. So, we were more spread out for longer.

Of course, it's Collin County, so during Spring Break, people travel far and wide; I knew people who were in Seattle, San Francisco, Costa Rica, Hawaii,a Caribbean cruise, Mexico, the ski resorts of Colorado, and so forth. My family was in Austin and San Antonio for a few days. The point is it's probably a good thing we didn't go back to school because of the travel.

But, we've been out of schools for three whole weeks now.

yeah I wonder also. This entire metroplex is one big city. From Mckinney to Cedar Hill. From Forney to west Fort Worth. Thousands travel to Dallas to work from Collin County cities.

That's true, too, though more and more people up here work up here. The only reason we ever go into Dallas is for Broadway musicals at Fair Park or the Winspear. We also went to one Mavs game in January because my younger daughter's drill team was dancing during pregame.

well I don't want to freak you out or anything. This is what I am dealing with. My neighborhood happens to cross lines so now I am an epicenter! Not that anyone in my neighborhood has been tested positive or anything. But who cares, there are so many graphs out there, what is to be believed.

    https://www.businessinsider.com/cor...cal-masks-stockpile-us-hospitals-union-2020-3

Today the houston mayor was saying he was purchasing masks on the private market for over $5 each because his supplier wouldnt honor their previous deal at $4. Now I see this article where its the SEIU whose selling them. The SEIU is a huge supporter of the mayor. And noone asks
    1. Where did they get them
    2. Why is the union fleecing the city.
    3. And of course noone make the connection of huge public money going union coffers.

shaking hands is now a thing of the past by presidential decree.

“Maybe people aren’t going to be shaking hands anymore,” Trump said, adding that he had discussed the practice with Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. “He was saying the regular flu would be cut down by quite a bit if we didn’t do that, if we didn’t shake hands.”

Many here think Fauci is a puppet of past administrations and think he lies to the president. Since the prez doesn't like to shake hands it is gospel now. The Gospel of Fauci (by way of Trump)

He really is a slimmy bastard, kind of amazing he is still in office after what he has been caught doing. Does not suprise me if he is doing more shit.

Really wish Republicans would start running moderates. I don't vote in Harris County, live in fort bend.
