i do too. i also know how to rake leaves and clean toilets, but that doesnt mean i want to do it. caps are a ton of work for no results.
i dunno where you are going with that, but hey, whatever. i dont mean with respect to bulletin boards, i mean caps anytime they are used. do we really need caps to set off the beginnings of sentences? is it hard to read otherwise? do we need to respect proper names with caps?
nothing to do with being a bad typist. I figured since you did it twice the same way you'd enjoy being taught something new. no need to thank me. just take my knowledge as the gift it is.
Seriously. Capitalization and punctuation happened for a reason and that reason is clarity and legibility. You would have a difficult time getting a job as a professional writer or researcher. What do you do for a living that permits second-grade writing style, anyway? May I suggest the Chicago Manual of Style as your Kwanzaa gift to yourself? All professionals use it.
right, it isnt that i am too lazy to use caps, i dont even know how. capitalizwhat? punctuawho? i dont buy your contention that caps make things clearer or easier to read. i'm a writer/researcher.
