We were dominant at first on both sides. Played a lot of backups to backups in the second half. The offense stopped playing after halftime. I'll post more when I think of it.
Plus they kind of gifted a shut out by not kicking field goals on 4th down multiple times. Edit: Gifted probably isn't the right word
Also, the o-line, even with all of the backups playing, are really good at run blocking at times. Once they get some continuity and gel, watch out.
Kinda frustrating that we kinda shut it down after half; team still has a lot of rough edges. But I think beating AU will catch a lot of attention. We aren’t soft and they aren’t a finished product. We should give them a better game than Washington but I’m not sure they can give us a better game than Miami. STs should be a plus for us, and hopefully we continue to not turnover the ball.
