correct. then its sent to the conference and divided equally unless you are notre dame. just think theyve pocketed all that bowl money even though theyve lost 8 straight. i think they should put a clause in for ND not being able to get any money unless they win once every 3 years. maybe this will deter them from accepting bids to bowls they do not belong.
I was thinking about one of the greatest games I ever saw which was the Indy bowl between Miss St and Texas ATM. Remember that game? If anyone has a copy of this game on dvd or vhs let me know. Geaux SEC teams!
Yeah, I remember that one. It snowed in Shreveport that night and MSU won in OT or on a 4th down with just a few seconds left or something like that.
couldnt even see the field with all the snow. white everwhere with specks of maroon all over. it was pretty surreal.
My favorite Independance bowl game was played in a snowy evening in Shreveport in 1995 with Kevin Faulk running all over a Saban defense.
It was in overtime. ATM botched the PAT and MSU returned it for a def 2 pt conv. We were sitting under my uncle's carport grilling steak swhile watching it. Froze my @$$ off that night.
Well I know most of you are probably cheering for Alabama for the SEC to look good. And believe me I hope the SEC goes 8-1 in bowl games. But its 7-0 Cowboys! :thumb:
so about that ball moving as he hit the ground and then hitting the ground itself. I can't believe they didn't review that. i slowed it down on Tivo and it was definately dropped.
