Yeah, a lot of people would have lashed out, freaked out, cried like little babies, complained, whatever. But Bush didn't do that. And yes, although I feel Bush was too hard-headed and I wish he was more open to listening to input from others, it is respectable that he stuck to his convictions, right or wrong. As for honestly, I don't think Bush was honest. I think he either told white lies on purpose (because he honestly thought that was what was best), or that he honestly just didn't grasp what he was talking about. I wouldn't say that I am proud Bush was our president. I expect better of the US President than Bush. But I think Bush would have made a fine US Senator, or will make a fine US Senator if he chooses to run. I would be proud to have Bush as my neighbor or as my friend.
Did you watch the movie? And yeah, that was cool that Americans rallied around the president after 9/11 and everybody put American flags on their house... but that was just natural. It had nothing to do with Bush.
Did you watch the movie, yes or no? Do you know who Richard Clarke is? What about the 9/11 Commission? Neither of that has anything to do with Moore.
I think he is truly a good person, with good intentions. But I honestly cannot think of one single thing he did that helped American become better or at least stay the same. Everything he tried either backfired or costs so much damn money it wasn't worth it. I think that no matter how badly people wanted him gone, they still were not as happy as him to be done with the job. He couldn't get anything right and I'm sure he really hated that.
