I think salty can handle himself. He knows my posting habits as well as anyone. No need to point out the obvious. Clearly, a moron can draw a comparison between any two groups. But it certainly speaks towards the credibility of such a comparison if similarities do indeed exist. Thus far, you've not pointed out any between Native Americans and Muslims, other than that you want to kill off the Muslims the way we killed off the Natives...a feeble similarity, to be generous. My question to you is, why are you here if you're going to get in a huff when someone challenges you? Why start the thread if you despise the adversity? Doesn't make much sense. Then again, neither does comparing Native Americans to Muslims.
Funny, I spent a lot of time in Kosovo, Albania, and Macedonia....I never once saw a mass grave with "ethnic albanians" in it. I saw plenty with what looked like white Christians. Speaking of albania, and kosovo...a man could make a small fortune importing trailer homes over there. Picture it, a huge barge stacked high with fema's finest. We could even get the UN to pay for them.
At some level I would tend to agree with you... except for the fact that I have seen radical western black Muslims and it is much the same tactics. Brainwashing subjects in the name of God, when the real reason is political power. It doesn't just have to be MUSLIM, It's happened with Christianity also, in the past... it's just that ISLAM is the vehicle used NOW. Sure there are a few radical Christian groups, but you don't see EVEN the far RIGHT Christians embracing it and calling it a Jihad. You dont see the rest of the Christain world turning a blind eye to it like it was their naughty lil brother and everything will turn out OK IF you'll just convert to ISLAM. These people have a one track mind they arent spreading the good word, they are giving you an option... conform or die. You can pay me now or later...
I know. What's your point? Oh, I see...most "ethnic" albanians are brown skinned. Brown hair with a tan, if you will. Most serbs, or non "ethnic" albanians were white. They looked russian. I wasn't using the term to denote color of skin, however. They are two different races though.
I see it kind of like the war on domestic crime. To eliminate it, or at least most of it, you'd have to eliminate poverty. I mean, think of what are referred to as the 'bad areas' of town...generally poverty-stricken. It's a similar phenomenon with Muslims. The followers/extremists are typically poor and powerless, and thus easily influenced by the allure of significance. Although, in the ghettos, it's more of a means of survival...but the environment is the key.
There is a reason why so many blacks convert to islam in prison. I would dare say more than convert to Christianity. Their religion prays on that type of person. The beaten down, and hopeless. Examples: western africa, philippines, indonesia, most ghetto's.
