It looks like some of the Brokeback Trojans are threatening to damage the billboard with paint or whatever. Hope they do. Then it's their asses that will get sued for damage to property.

 

Since they are not advertising a product, no one has suffered a loss and whether or not they have a onepeat or a threepeat is a matter on controversy and interpretation, I don't think you will have much standing in a court of law. Save your money.

 

Yep. Got the free ride to Southern Miss (the reputable academic skool that it are), but born and raised a Purple and Gold bleeding Baton Rouge kid (actually all blood is purple before it is pumped into the heart and combines with oxygen. The gold is from eating lead paint chips).

I am a lawyer and this is idiotic! I find it hard to believe that a law student came up with this but then again, this is the school that is convinced it won the National Championship in 03 without even playing in the Championship game.....LOL

 

Hell, let the USC fans bring to court whatever they want. Let them bill lawyers hundreds of dollars.

Let them try to deface the board and get arrested
