I just want to see the AD's reaction before I make my ultimate decision on how to react to this situation...

I find the situation in and of itself despicable...but I'm really more interested in finding out if the AD is going to do anything about it...

Trust me when I say this, I think the e-mail is on target as far as what I wanted to say...
