High school highlights can be misleading. I still remember how excited I was after watching Russell Shepard's. Not that he couldn't have lived up to them with a coach who didn't grow up in Bedrock.

 

Old Man Roth was my Metairie playground football coach in the 60’s and I know his kids (Rummel Coach) and go watch these kids on Friday nights and talk to their asst coaches as well ... LSU has a championship program pipeline in Metairie ... Rummel will be copying the LSU offense next fall
