1. Right so dont try and logical make assumptions on him. Its like we didnt learn this already from the election.

However, that NYPost link I shared is just as valid a reason as any other.

Our country is in chaos over Russia for no fucking reason.
  2. I'm not sure I get what you're saying.
I read that, interesting, kind of a different take on the subject.

still we need to get that boob out of the White House,.. Melania can stay though
  3. Heather must have been a smart and confident young lady.

Good for her. No doubt she'll raise nice, respectful children.

  6. People have been trying to apply "logic" to Trump from the begining. How has that been working out?

  8. It is not my opinion that Trump has been stonewalling on his finances or that his finances can either exonerate him or indict him. Perhaps you are right that this is all just a good reason to obfuscate. But why? Why make headaches for yourself? Why open yourself up to a SC investigation if you don't have to? Why run the risk of investigators rummaging through your life unless you have something in your financials that you don't want anyone to see? I can't imagine one single reason other than he has some investments or business dealings that he isn't proud of or he believes will create political hardships for him; whether truly criminal or simply a matter of bad optics.

You have already answered this question for yourself......see below.....
It doesn't have to be criminal. Now, if he's been taking loans from Russian Oligarchs who have been sanctioned by our government then, yes, that could be criminal. However, the political optics would be far worse imo. If he's financially in bed with Russian Oligarchs who are in bed with Putin it will only further the perception, true or not, that Trump is also in bed with Putin. Now, if Trump was involved with any kind of money laundering using real estate to help Russian Oligarchs wash dirty or stolen money that could also land him on the wrong side of the law.
  9. I remember asking myself the same question, when the question popped up about the legitimacy of Obama's birth certificate. I believe Obama let that fester for political reasons, could be that Trump is letting this fester also.

Those Calls to Trump? White House Admits They Didn’t Happen
    https://www.nytimes.com/2017/08/02/...ump-white-house-admits-they-didnt-happen.html

Has President Trump told you about the time the head of the Boy Scouts called to say his was the best speech ever delivered to the more than century-old organization?

What about when the president of Mexico picked up the telephone to let him know that his tough enforcement efforts at the border were paying off handsomely?

The anecdotes, both of which Mr. Trump told over the last week, were similar in that they appeared to be efforts to showcase broad support for the president when his White House has been mired in turmoil. But they also had another thing in common, the White House conceded on Wednesday: Neither was true.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the White House press secretary, confirmed at her daily briefing what the Boy Scouts and the Mexican government had already asserted publicly, which is that neither phone call that Mr. Trump referred to had occurred.

 just fucking ridiculous, disgraceful really.
