1. So why did he say others who have done less have had action taken agaisnt them?

He pointed out the laws that were broke. The FBI doesnt being charges. Thats the DOJ. Comey shared his opinion amd jusgement which has been proven to be lacking on borh sides.

Comey fucked it all up from the get go and Lynch had her "collusion" meeting eith Bill you all ignored.

In anycase, she still isnt president. Victory for us all.
  2. He was very clear about this too, Pride. He stated that individuals who are still in the state department or the fbi would be subject to internal discipline such as leave without pay or having one's security clearance revoked for a specified amount of time. But since she was no longer working in government there was no way to offer the same punishments to Clinton. You are acting as though there have been others who hung because they did the same and it's simply not true.
  3. Yea becaue there are laws and laws were broke. I NEVER made the claim she would go to jail for "criminal" charges.
  4. You got anything else about Comey's testimony that you want to get wrong? Because that's what we've been talking about.
  5. Speeding is against the law. Its not always criminal.

You are just stirring the pot.
  6. are you saying that what Clinton did is equivalent to a speeding ticket?
  7. Im explaing as best I can with out using pictures (like I would to a 3 year old) that a law was broke and just because there was not "criminal" charge it doesnt "un-break" the law.
  8. Decessions not to prosecute people that are guilty are made all the time.
  9. But Comey said it wasn't serious enough to prosecute. Does the local DA prosecute you for your speeding ticket? What about jay walking? No. But thanks for outlining for us how serious her "crimes" were.
  10. such as......
