not exactly.... you know as well as i that any time a team is successful there all of a sudden becomes a larger fan base who are die hards...I'm sure you have more fans now with a couple of rings on your fingers also... i have rooted for the apps from birth... i will tell you from living in Boone there are a ton of faux fans... i question not your fan hood or any of the LSU faithful but i dare you to question mine... I hold LSU fans in the highest reguard i have never been treated better by fans in all of my travels with the Apps. I look forward to my visit. heading to the big easy wed the 27 thru game day. hitting the Holiday inn in BR saturday and making the trek back to Boone monday...

Went to the tampa/saints game in tampa last year. Was in my black saints shirt. Not only did we lose 120-0 but I thought I could have falen down dead just walking into the stadium and then our seats were smack dab where the sun was the worse! The guys behind me says "dome team, huh?" I couldn't help but laugh cuz he was SO right!

I dont think App is a pushover , They are really fired up for this game, but at some point they have to make sure they dont go home with alot of injuries. I went to "Black Saturday" (everyone wears black) last season and watched them play Georgia Southern ( I think that is who it was) and they have a very lively fan base , but Edwards is the key for them. He ran all over the D of GS , but he is a little on the short side and GS had a big D line I dont think he could throw over the Dlines head very well , so he would start to scramble ( just like Richie did ,but this guy is alittle faster) Could of just been that game ,but GS won and I thought the backup QB for App. St could throw better than Edwards. He can run like the wind , but I think Coach Miles will quit feeding our DLine around Wed. evening and they will be hungry Tigers when the whistle blows. I hear more smack everyday about these boys showing that Michigan was no fluke and they want to prove it , and all I say is Yall Come On Down Now , You Here! :LSU231::crystal::crystal::crystal:

 

Apps d also spotted GS 14 points in the first 5:16 of the first quarter thanks to a dumb as play on special teams and a horrible showing in the first quarter..

Oh I misunderstood when you said "nation" you were refering to TigerNation and I thought you meant "nation" as in the whole country.

Which it seems the 2 years we have won alot of the "nation" i think felt we didnt deserve it.
