Ditto to everybody who said they would eat the same basic foods as they already eat but I would eat at really upscale restaurants more often than I already do.

II would have a waffle house built next door and they would serve me chocolate milk and hashbrowns and bacon.
and Emeril would be coming over to cook me dinner

After further thought on the subject, f entertaining people at my house with some big fancy feast. I might have a holiday party or a football party, but I'm going to cater it out to some good Mexican food restaurant or BBQ restaurant. The rest of the time, I'm going to be too busy traveling around the world except during football season. Plus, I hate entertaining people.

First, a good beef-broth vegetable soup, followed by a Ceasar salad.

Then, filet mignon and lobster with asparagus and a stuffed potato.

    Followed by hot peach cobbler.

Then, a sniffer of brandy and a cup of coffee.

A good Cuban cigar would go great with that brandy and coffee.

Rhona could serve in a minimalist atttire everywhere I went.

I might endulge in Ruth's Chris a bit more frequently. But not the one in BR, as its just awful. Some of the finer restaurants in NO come to mind...Commander's, Emeril's, Delmonico's, and so on, and so on. The possibilities become endless. Just remember, don't order cajun anything if you are more than a few miles north of I-10.
