i would have, but libertarian foreign policy only works before you get involved. after you get involved, you have to stick with it. thats why i voted bush. it was a mistake to ever care who killed who in the middle east. if we never got involved i dont think we would have been attacked. i hate israel, i think siding with their stupid religious country has cost us terribly. if we could go back in time and run our country like badnarik would, terrorists would have less reason to blow us up. but it is too late. now we have to actively crush terrorists and change the world.

What drugs?
Gambling is legal.
What tax’s?
How could you not like rent control, unless you had a few houses for rent and you want to squeeze out every penny you could out of your tenet?

You don't know anything about Cambodia. It is the #1 profession for women there and the country is an Aids infested place b/c of it.

 

laws are rules our country has to restrict people from doing various things. the united states has lots and lots of them.

drugs are substances that have various effects on humans. you may have taken them. some of them are illegal because the government thinks you are too dumb to manage them yourself.

then open a sports book in your town, you will be rich.

taxes are a charge the government charges you for various services. you pay them.

the word is "tenant".

new york city has rent control. therefore there is less money in developing new buildings, because there is not enough profit in it. so there is a shortage. and then there is a secondary sublet market with drastically inflated prices, due the shortage. so prices are effectively higher and you have be sneaky and secretive to rent. sometimes, developers cannot afford to maintain buildings because they are not collecting enough rent. they let the building fall apart and abandon them, then bums and squatters take over the building and you have a first class ghetto of abandoned buildings. then the whole neighborhood is ruined.

a free market self regulates. when the government sets prices, it does not allow the market to self correct and restricts the freedom to exchange goods and services at market costs. that ruins the market, and generally has the opposite effect of what is desired. this is not theoretical crap i am making up. you can go to neighborhoods that rent control has destroyed.

without rent control, the prices of buildings can actually reflect their value, and the suppliers of housing will build as much as they need to satisfy the markets.

 

i do know about cambodia. my guess is i know more about almost every topic in the world than you do.

just because something is illegal doesnt mean there are not millions of people doing it in a black market.

Rent control works out great in California. I know what a tax and a drug is. I was giving you the benefit of the doubt. Try being more specific. Do you want heroin and acid and XTC legalized? Do you want to cut the tax's on food and everyday spending? Yeah you are way to smart for your own good. Go give your brain a rest. It’s easy to say I want to cut tax’s and legalize drugs but it’s a little more complicated when you get specific.
