If you could legalize one thing what would it be?

being i have a minor in econ and am pushing close to a double digit IQ (not 157) plus i could probably beat you up, I will enlighten you once again. It is not illegal soley or even mainly because of judeo-christian morality. its because government would have a hard time getting their hand in the pocket of a crack whore even it was legal. Add to that the bs it would take to enact such laws due to us god fearing christians but that is simply a small hurdle. Money dictates laws.

Same reason gambling is illegal in a home game unless vegas or a casino. they want their slice of the pie or else its illegal.

 

if you put legalizing prostitution to a vote of the people, it would fail. the reason: religion. ordinary people dont care about your dumbass conspiracy theories. they care that buying hookers is "immoral".

besides, my guess is the city of vegas would disagree about your misguided point about these sin industries not being profitable for the government.

 

conspiracy? what conspiracy? the fact the government gets its hands in the small part of vegas where its legal makes money because its a concentrated area where all the top shelf hos can do business. inner city crack ho will not and cannot fill out a w-4. but eventually, darwinism would work its way through them i know and we would be left with the prime cuts except for those short of funds. then there is still a market for some of them too. im all for it.


the fact the vote would fail is because about half voting will be women and many with husbands. that is the real reason. many men would secretly vote for it except the hen-pecked ones like the many here.

 

It's all about taxes. That's why cigarettes will never go away. Its a tax cash cow. Pot on the other hand could be grown by the user or a friend and no taxes. Prostitution where in the constitution is the government a moral authority. They are suppose to keep me safe period. Again no taxes could be collected without them regulating it.

Legalize Pot since I only get one choice with prostitution next inline and make it illegal can't say cause that would only give them ideas.

no but i read how to counterfeit with the old presses before they had all these laser color printers and it isn't that hard. everyone gets busted by word of mouth. Wonder how many counterfeit bills go undetected and a few mofos are sitting at home with their laser printer copying bills while wiping their asses with the not so perfect ones.

 

I went into a gas station the other day and paid w/a fifty, the lady took out one of those markers and made a line on it. I asked her if she ever finds a fake and she said about 5 months ago. She added that her marker doesn’t work on a lot of bogus money anyway.

Today I would legalize a regulated cell phone-billing bill. This bill states that a basic cell phone cannot exceed $50 a month for unlimited min. Cell phone companies are making a killing off of the poor people. Some cell phone bills are as high as $80 - $180 and that’s the basic standard bill. The house-phone (land line) w/out all the bells and whistles are $25 for unlimited min. The government should regulate the cable bill too.

It should be illegal for 18-wheelers to be anywhere near the freeway between the hours of 5pm and 7pm.
