1. OK I went to one of the away games, but I went as a normal ticket-holder. So I don't get points for that. And I didn't go to the volleyball or the soccer game.

But I went to every home game.
  2. you should be set then....thats usually the cut off....all the home games
  3. I'm going. I put in for 2 tix along with the cotton and sugar.
I have a friend in l.a. that hopefully will let me stay with her for free! :)
Plus, she's a former queen of queen beauty pageant winner. :)
  4. I'm in. Unless ticket prices get completely out of control, and no, I don't know what my threshold is right now. Probably much higher than it should be. :hihi:
  5. LSU in the rose might be a once in a lifetime event....no price limit for me

....just like the 03 sugar was....best $600 i ever spent
  6. Yep, that's my rationale too...to a point. And I detest L.A., which doesn't help.
  7. fly in dec 31st fly out jan 2......problem solved :thumb:
  8. anyone looking for tickets:

    check out www.ticketreserve.com

    Click CFB - SEC - LSU - 2007 LSC BCS All-Access

How this works if you buy a "FanFORWARD" for each ticket you would like to purchase. Right now the lowest price is $50. So if you want 2 tickets you buy 2 FanFORWARDS for a total of $100. If LSU makes ANY BCS bowl (non NCG) you will automatically be charged the FACE VALUE of the bowl ticket. Rose bowl ticket = $135. If you don't mind paying $185 for a ticket this may be a good idea and an alternative to the ebay high prices if you don't mind taking a risk.

The downside is if LSU doesn't make a BCS bowl game you lose your money.

Just saw some completed Rose Bowl tickets in the upper endzone go for $300 a piece so this sounds like a good deal if you are confident in LSU's chances.

-you can also sell your FanFORWARDS's, kinda like the stock market.
    -Max 8 per person
  9. I put in for 2 Rose Bowl tickets. SO if LSU gets in, do I pay $135 each?
  10. macatak, have you known anyone to successfully use this method?
