Not to be negative but here goes. Bama has lost 2 key players to injury. If we don't mall drag these guys it will not say much for our program. Bear did build Bamma ito a SEC powerhouse. The difference is what happened after he left. Saban was building the same thing in Baton Rouge. He is gone and this new staff has not beat anybody soundly that is worth a crap. So while I am pulling for a huge victory I am not sold on the future is bright scenerio.

You are in a hard position. So is LSU. You let OM and Tenn give you too much of a struggle. Texas and USC are being worshipped so much, it would not surprise me to see either one lose a game and still make the title game.

3 teams undefeated is one thing...But if one of them loses (USC to Fresno St.) and still plays in the title game over UA (if they go undefeated) there will REALLY be something wrong. I dont think the BCS would be that stupid.

I gotta believe ole Bear and Charlie Mac are getting together to watch this game tomorrow.

    Maybe putting a little wager.

Having a beer or maybe something a little stronger.

I grew up as a little boy with Charlie Mac as our Coach. He has been and always will be a symbol of class and pride for the LSU Program.

Just as The Bear is for Bama.

Would be nice to keep making some head way into that Bama series lead.

    Let's geaux Tigers.

This was the best SEC game this season by far.

And it will end up being such.

    Why?

Because it was the only SEC game to feature two Top 5 teams this season, and it was a great game that went into Overtime.

    That's awesome.

I hope it becomes an ESPN Instant Classic.
