Urban was at Utah for several years and was a household name when FLA hired him. I get the attempt at comparing them, but Herman is not at the same proven level of UM at this point. He may be better, who knows, but he is, respectfully, unknown.
Right, and Herman has only coached at UH for a couple of months. He may e great, but not worth the risk yet. It was clear that UM was hot for a reason. JH is proven, has SEC ties, and can recruit.
