    i agree. when i was little, that was a treat my grandmother would make me.

    since this thread, i have not been able to get peach cobbler out of my mind. i think ill make one this week.

    lately, for me, ice cream's best friends are tempura fried banana with pineapple coconut ice cream served with fresh berries with vanilla and caramel sauces swirled over it - just like they serve at PF Chang's. YUM!
