Sorry I am busy now trying to book passage on the Noah Jr. cruise line for me and my wife. Dont want to be washed away in the floods.
I'm not going to see this movie either. Not based on any moral grounds, I'm just not interested in the story of 2 gay sheep herders. However, I wonder if there would be as much outrage if the 2 sheep herders in question looked like, say, Naomi Watts and Scarlett Johansen. Hell, I'd pay $7.50 to see that.
How about Naomi Watts and Laura Herring? Ever hear of Mullholland Drive? Yeah, one of the absolute best scenes ever in that flick........
No kidding. That movie made absolutely no sense even after mutliple viewings but it's worth seeing for that scene alone. As for Brokeback Mountain, I couldn't get out of seeing it. It's hella boring and not worth all the hype. It's just very PC to praise the movie because it involves a romance between Auburn fans.
Well, I love that movie. I love walking away from a movie and feeling completely mindf*cked. That scene is just an added bonus. A very, very big bonus!
Yeah, because people also call it 'Mullholland Drive.' I'm not sure how that came to be, since that street is in California, and Brokeback is supposed to be in Wyoming. But that's the new trend, I can't really explain it.
