I invite your opinion

    Ok... I'm one of those young people that are physically capable of joining the service but opted not to. So obviously, I favor a choice. I support all our service men & women, but just didn't feel like it was for me.

    In times of war I understand the need for soldiers etc & would support a draft.
    During peace times, I'm not sure that I see the need for all able-bodied people to enter the service.

    I generally see both sides of this argument. We're America & we were founded on giving people individual rights. However, those rights can't be held up without a military...

    Honestly, I don't think it would be to bad to have a 2/3 year program set up where you would enter the service if you don't graduate highschool, or before college etc. Ehhh, I don't know. I'm not sure about this. Actually, I don't think I'd support this because I already think the govt is to big & don't need any more power.
