Grieve not there "Bro"...I got pissed in the 2nd quarter and turned the TV off for a while. I think it happens to us all, a few hours of electroshock therapy usually doe's the trick for me...course now I can usually turn light bulbs on just holding them, but the Doctors say that will go away after a while...but , hey...."Dem,TIGAHS WON"!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, since we are in confession mode at this time, I have to confess I went to bed in the middle of the third quarter of the Auburn game! I just couldn't take it any more.:bncry: But we won, so I rationalize to myself that if I would have kept watching we probably would have lost.
I made it through the entire second half. That did not happen for either the Florida or Auburn game. I only left the room when my kids got restless in their room (but the TV stayed on and The Turtle gave me updates). After the punt return, The Turtle (who has not been able to watch games with me this year) started trying to joke around to make me feel better, so I told him about the Glenn Dorsey s so bad jokes, and showed him a picture of Ryan P. to show him how much he looks like Shirley from Good Times. That, evidently, made all the difference  .
I didnt watch much of it, just bits and pieces. Basically, I was working on the hot tub, My heart is in great shape BUT I wasnt sure it could take it and they do better in clutch situations when I dont watch. I know that last one is BS and the same as gris gris or voo doo but there it is. and I never believe in that stuff...... except lately during crunch plays. Maybe Im just getting old. Good thing for taped replays! :geauxtige
COMPARED TO THE SEC CHAMPIONSHIP THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP IS JUST A BOWL OF ICE CREAM, YOU HAVE TO WORK YOUR BUTT OFF TO WIN THE SEC!!
I woke up at 2am to watch the game on Yahoo. After 12 straight pass plays that resulted in nothing and the punt return I closed my lap top and was going back to sleep.....BUT I had to see what happened and they pulle dit out. Man I don't know how many more of these I can take.
