I think that covers it. Hodson was unremarkable with the pats. Flynn is a backup and JaMarcus is stupid.
Yes, he has! I'll give him all the cred for it. But, he hasn't been a consistent starter for anyone. That is why I didn't include him in my list above. He has been the consummate backup, though.
I thought he could be a starter for the right team. He was aquired by Seattle to be the starter but Russell Wilson beat him out. Who could have seen that? And Oakland was the worst place to be for a non mobile QB
Exactly!!! Couldn't have said it any better myself. And believe me, I have always hoped he would find that team. Just wasn't in the cards it appears.
Are we talking about the NFL or college QBs? Because I could care less who sends what to the NFL. What I want is for Miles to get a successful college QB at LSU. Are you actually saying that Miles does a better job with QBs than most SEC schools? If so you've absolutely lost your mind. Ark, Au, Gawga, Mizzou, Bama, A&M, SC, Ole siss, Miss St and even Vandy consistently have better QBs than LSU. Only Florida and Tennessee fail as often as Miles fielding a competent QB in college. Who gives a rats ass what they do when they leave, that has no bearing on LSUs win/loss record.
I think Alleva finally decided it was cheaper to buy a title in basketball than in football. Two Five Star recruits for a coach who has won exactly nothing is astounding. He must have decided it was better to use the $350k for a basketball recruit.
My question was if 4-4 or even 5-3 in the SEC next season is a reason to look for a new coach. Let's not worry about who the QB is for next year and just look at expected results. Would you expect CLM to remain if he goes 4-4 or 5-3 in the SEC? That wasn't so hard was it. Then we agree, a 4-4 or 5-3 SEC record next year is not acceptable.
