Well Id have to say that you are wrong on this one. A win is a win. The Tigers get credit from me for being able to stick it out and win. Having said that, there is something to be said about losing a 14 point lead with 7 minutes to go. There is something to be said about turning the ball over on something like 6 straight possessions. I can understand turning the ball over on the press, but LSU broke the press seeminginly everytime and just turned the ball over in the half court game. This is a good ball club but lacks depth and I'm starting to believe that fatigue could catch up with them. They have a tough game coming up in the swamp that could go either way right now. See, I don't understand what is wrong with looking at the negative. I'm not accentuating it, but negative things happen and you have to look at those just like the positives. The positive is that LSU controlled the game for 33 minutes, then negative is that they almost lost it in the last 7. The positive overrided the negative b/c they won the game. Arkansas gets a lot of credit for forces to's and playing tough down the stretch. Stan Heath lost the game by bringing in McCurry off the bench having not played a second in the game and expecting him to be able to hit free throws. The guy had only shot 6 all year and they expect him to come in and knock down two in a tough road environment?

Aw hell, Scrappy! The game had been boring up to that point! The team just wanted to make it exciting for the fans and to give the Oinkers hope and then drive a knife in their little hearts! Man, don't nothin make you happy?

I dont think Heath was expecting McCurry to have his ribs broke before shooting the free throws. Its hard enough to make free throws when they count, when you add that this kid just got flattened by Big Baby(he was clearly shaken up) it makes it almost impossible.

Football plays in the Swamp, basketball at the O-Dome. Figured someone with your position would know that. I wish my daddy was on the radio.
