No problem with that. Not like you have never had an opinion before right? I think deep down you know I'm right and that's what has your goat
I agree with you COTiger. My wife and both graduated from LSU and my first LSU game in person was when we be Arkansas in the 66 Cotton Bowl, so I have some miles on me and LSU is my team. The bottom line is the program is digressing under CLM and I do not see it getting any better.
Whoa doggy. I've seen you throw plenty of elbows and you may be a pragmatic pumper, but I'd still call you a pumper lean.
Red may be the most surly sunshine pumper of them all with the exception of TigerTap. People can call me a NegaTiger or whatever they want but I have been an LSU fan for all my life. If coaches do well I'll praise them for it and if they continue to spew flatulence from their brains I'll tell it like it is. I have never called for Miles to be fired but from the beginning of his reign anybody with two eyes that weren't glazed over with P&G fairy dust can see that there are some very obvious deficiencies in Les Miles way of appoaching the offensive side of the football. Miles has had issues with every offensive coordinator he has had and has ended up parting ways with all of them. Cam Cameron is Miles' long time buddy from back in the Bo Schembechler 3 yards and a cloud of dust days but despite the criticism he gets I really can't believe that he chooses the current style of offense and the way the quarterbacks are utilized. Nothing in his past employment has shown that he hates the forward pass the way that Miles apparently does. Despite the accomplishments of Les Miles at LSU (and before you start your pumper's whine I'll stipulate to the 80%, the NC, yada yada yada) it has become painfully obvious that the Golden Years at LSU have now become The Good Old Days. LSU has just suffered what some are calling "the worst loss of the Miles era" to a team that hadn't won an SEC game in over two years by a shutout. Nobody expected this team to be an SEC and Playoff contender this year and we all expected a few losses but its not the fact that the Tigers have lost that is so irksome and frustrating. Its the way the Tigers have lost because they have become toothless on offense and their head coach either can't see the obvious or is to stubborn to admit that to win in the SEC we need to score more than 23 points in the last there games. Look, its all been pretty much said in this forum, other forums, and by lots of members of the media whose jobs are to watch, evaluate and comment upon college football. Nothing I say or that anybody else says on a message board is going to make the higher ups with the decision making powers do anything they don't decide to do themselves. So rant your Sunshine whine or open your eyes and learn to see on the "Dark Side" In the end it won't change a fucking thing. Mile's might be an idiot in some ways but he just might be a genius in other ways. How else could a man who gets his coaching advice from a bobblehead of a dead 50's era coach work himself into an almost unfireable position: A buyout of $15 to $17 Million Dollars if he is terminated early. For everybody who is afraid that the next coach might turn out to be the next Curley ArchNardo those hires were made by Joe Dean who was more interested in getting somebody who would work for a low salary than he was in building a winning program. Dean was a smart businessman in his private life but a poor Athletic Director. He probably would have outsourced the coaching to China the way he did with Converse shoes if he could have gotten away with it. I see a lot of people bashing Joe Alleva but I don't really see anything he has done that I can criticize yet so if he is still the AD when the time comes to hire a new football coach I hope he knows what he's doing. His background is Duke basketball. Maybe the next head coach can serve up something more exciting than hot chocolate
Hard to say, I fell asleep in the second sentence. I was so looking forward to seeing the sigpic of the month again, too. We've only gotten to admire it 73 times today.
You need to have @lsutiga teach you how to use the quote feature. Otherwise you make as much sense as Les in a postgame interview.
