Smartest man I ever knew went there, my paw-paw. Nothing against the institution but the insistence on being UL by fans borders on embarrassment.

 

My best friend went there and I basically lived in the MacCollough (sp?) dorms for a semester. Met a hippie with dreadlocks there that would always come smoke weed with us. He used to say "the best bud is a shared bud". Indeed Collin, indeed.

 

Most interesting stoner in the world?

 

At that time definitely. Man those were good times

 

What's left of McCullough Hall. I lived in Voorhies with the "brothas".

 

Oh that's sad, a friend of ours was in Voorhies at the time. I got stoned in that rubble.

 

All of the old men's dorms are all gone. When I was there (late 90s, early 2ks) we still had "visiting hours" when women could visit. I actually was put on probation for sneaking a girl (now my wife) up to my room outside of visiting hours. Now they have "co-ed" dorms and women-only dorms.


I've hijacked my own thread.

 

We used to stuff dryer sheets inside paper towel rolls and blow our smoke through it to mask the smell. I think that entire dorm smelled like pot. The old athletic dorms were cooler, had 2 friends on the track team I would stay with from time to time.
