The Tigers may be very motivated, but I worry that all of this will cause them to lose focus. Especially if another game is impacted. LSU cannot compete for a National Championship with a 10-game schedule. It will really disappoint this team if that happens.

My thought is; this we play for the state and all the emotion being called for will last about 2 minutes. After that prep, skill and talent will take over for the next 58 minutes. If this team goes into the game so focused on what happened in N.O. and doesn't concentrate on tendencies and a good game plan count this a loss one and we can use this excuse just like last year against Oregon. Wet field. No need to rehash that IMO.

Bottom line a top ten team that expects to compete for the National Championship or at least the SECC should go out and take care of business. That business should already be in process and should not matter where or when this game is played. If LSU can't get past this letscancel the season and move on.
