ABC needs to realize they're in the Party Capital of the World. Louisiananians know how to have a good time, even if it comes at a large media's expense. This will be surely one game to remember.
instead of one side yelling go and the other yelling tigers I say one side yell USC or ABC and the other side yell back BULL-S***. could sound pretty good.
I'm not sure what gameday episode you saw to start this post but that is totally different from the one I saw. Fowler is the one that has pressed the USC issue the most, Corso and Herbstreet(?) have actually been correct in saying that this IS the National Championship game while also throwing out that all 3 teams are deserving. Of course Corso did say that if the margin of victory was added back in with a cap of 21 that LSU would be out f the BCS NC game. I haven't stopped to try and figure that out but I guess the 21 point cap would hurt us.
It really is sad and pathetic that all these "Well, USC is the National Champ" sayers quickly forget that EVERYONE AGREED THAT THE BCS WOULD DETERMINE THE NATIONAL CHAMP!!!! You're right--those that say otherwise, and insult the winner of this game are complete assholes!!!
That was pretty stupid of Corso to say that. It doesn't account for calling off the dogs in many games. If margin of victory were a factor don't you think our margins of victory would have been greater in many games? Corso has been the designated "pimp the BCS" guy for the crew but that was pretty dumb.
What they said was, in their opinion, USC is the best team in the country. HOWEVER, they would vote as they were required to and vote the Sugar Bowl winner the champion. That's moot anyway since they aren't given a choice to vote a #1. They can only vote #2-#25.
They think that we will watch I do not watch tv at all anymore I get all my news I can on the net they are saying that the Sugar has lost that Championship Feeling they have proclaimed S Cal National ChampsThey are either from the west coast or New York City and they do not like the South that is a fact !!!
