Re: TS GUSTAV So you would be fishing either in the living room or out the kitchen window! What do them boys do with all the chickens cross the way? Maybe a good time to tie the boat off to the porch on this one...But here is a better boat;
:sob: This isn't what I wanted to see. I may have to finally break down and buy a generator with a small A/C window unit, sleeping without A/C in August around here is not high on my list of fun & exciting things.
Re: TS GUSTAV Last time I begged my parents to evacuate and come to MS was Katrina. They were without power for 14 hours... we were without for 7 days. :insane: I no longer believe living in Central MS means I am better off than family in Baton Rouge. Just showed my boss the image I posted above and his response was, "Greeeeat." :bncry:
Re: TS GUSTAV Im sure the global reaction when there is a possibility of a major storm passing through all the rigs and refineries is going to be spectacular.
Re: TS GUSTAV Not what one would call fuel efficient! But...who cares when you have over 2000 horsepower right??
Re: TS GUSTAV That's insane. I thought it was photoshopped till I saw the reflection of the motors in the water.
Re: TS GUSTAV Looks like a couple of the models have shifted to the east a bit, while a few of them still point at Louisiana. As unimpressive as it looks now, that will change once it reaches the open (and hot) waters of the Gulf. Wherever it hits, it's gonna be a nasty one.
