I believe that it is all the building in and around houston. It is even impacting me almost 100 miles north of houston. My pastures have been wet since August of last year. And this latest round of rain has them soaked again. Water in our creeks can't drain to the bigger rivers because they are full and water isn't being let out of lake conroe because of all the water to the south.
Exactly. I am in Louisiana, but it is exactly the same thing. Too much development between me and the where the water used to go.
