How will Saban endangering Tua's NFL career affect Alabama's recruiting going forward?

I mean at some point these recruits have got to be fuck this dude, I'm not playing for this selfish piece of shit.

I mean let's be honest this is all about style points for the committee.

Playoffs or bust, Tua be damned.

There is a pattern. RBs leave Alabama with no tread left on the wheels. Mauck in 2002, left in in a blowout trying to get style points.

He said that same thing when they asked him about Michael Clayton returning punts.

I was astounded he even played. It’s not Sabin’s fault that “committee” cherishes style points, but he needed to rise above that level and protect his team’s and Tua’s future.

Just another reason I hate playoff and national champion mania.

I heard him say it was a medical decision AND that Tua felt he was good to go. Knowing Tua’s competitiveness, there was no way he was not playing unless it was really bad. Time will tell.

Football's a contact sport. If Tua said he wanted to play and I have no reason to believe he didn't want to play, he did so knowing the risks.
