So give us an example. It should be easy to find for someone so convinced.

The only thing I have asked for is that you read the article. Why would anyone comment on this thread without reading it? It's the very definition of "uninformed opinion".

Ummm... That's the entire point of a title. It's written to draw you in. Otherwise books would need no cover. Instead we'd just see the first page in front. It's been this way since man has written books. By now it's a widely accepted format for writing. Surely even you are aware of this?

Ummm... Fear IS the GOP agenda.

    That's exactly why they're successful.

It's also exactly what it's such a damn shame and a tragedy. A couple centuries ago we were a country of free thinkers, throwing off the chains of taxation without representation. We've been through a Civil War and periods of enlightenment and industrialization and out of the ashes became the world's sole Superpower, pushing our language and currency as the international standards for business. We've proven to be much more intelligent in the past, but now we see a vast majority fall for the ploys of a man running a cable news network to dumb down the political system and push a personal agenda.

People on North Korea have the same relationship with Kim Jong Il. Same for past citizens of the USSR, Germany, etc. Are you Communist, Nazi, etc? No, I'm not saying that. I'm saying that maybe you're too comfortable, gravitating to what you want to hear for fear that you might be wrong, might have to change the way you think, things you do, etc. or maybe you're just too intellectually lazy to care and you want to spend the rest of your life surrounded whatever makes you happy like a pig in mud. Whatever the reason, you're allowing yourself to be guided by someone else's paranoia, simply because you refuse to you your brain.

    Congrats, puppet.

if you lived 100 years ago you would be saying the same thing about the morons that elected woodrow wilson. you have no sense of perspective. this is what politics is and always has been. in the past it was newspapers, not tv. some of these newspapers may have had 13 page articles supporting your bias, i know you love those.

yunno citizen kane? yunno what it is about? it is about william randolph hearst and his influence through media. take roger ailes, multiply him times 100, give him a seat in congress, and thats hearst.

you have a crippling lack of perspective. this is always happening. always.

Who gives a rats a$$ how they got where they are? They are what they are, how they got there doesn't mean a damn thing. So Fox was created conservative and the other major networks evolved into the far left wing news creators they have become. What matters is what they are now. None of them report the news without severe spin and would just as soon create the news as report it. It's like what came first the chicken or the egg? Who gives a chit, I still had am omelet for breakfast either way.

huh? every election, almost every paper endorses a candidate. the new york times, perhaps the most influential paper in the world, formally endorsed hillary clinton and then barack obama. of course their intent is to influence the election. nothing wrong with it. in fact, everything is right with it.

rollingstone is very liberal. not a suprise they publish a 13 page hack piece of fox news (all of it 100% true and not exaggerated i am sure). again, not sure why we are all sucking each others cocks with glee over the fact that a media source is taking sides. thats kinda what they do.

i dont have a child, but if i did, and if the child was over the age of 2, i would expect that he would notice that fox is biased. then i could explain to him more details about the bias in a 13 page article. i would hope he had the good sense to fall asleep during the article.

again, even the conservative folks here are aware of the way fox rolls. they dont care. they shouldnt care.

there is no question, not question whatsoever that the media loved obama and wanted him to win. there is no debate, this is true.

but again, that is not a problem! the media are just like anyone else, with biases. if we argue, and we all make some claim that news source X is biased, we will all be right. of course they are! we are just very self-centered if we only care about the bias that opposes us.

Here is one of red's moderate reporters on CNN :
Fareed Zakaria Rips Conservative Movement In Time Magazine Piece | NewsBusters.org

how in the flock red can say CNN is down the middle moderate is beyond me and completely untruthful. Like you are so fond of saying " youre entitled to your opinion but not to your own facts".
If it were a conservative on fox saying that democrat liberal progressive politicians were out of touch and clueless it would be said they were partisan hacks.
Someone who claims to be moderate is either a moderate liberal or a liberal moderate.
The only moderate conservative is a rino. They claim to be republican but spend like a liberal. They are wolves in sheep's clothing, as is a moderate liberal. Claims to be moderate all the while supporting liberal positions makes you neither pragmatic or a centrist. It only makes you a closet liberal.
