$800/month family. High-deductible plan wth HSA.
    Covers 100% in-network after deductible.
Being a small business owner has some perks.
I use my company pay my premium and to fund my HSA, and not have any $ directly out of pocket.

$134 a month for group insurance. My long term care insurance runs me over $350.

$220/month for my wife and me, plus her small family owned employer pays her more because she's on my plan, Anthem Blue Cross PPO.

Includes dental and vision, $20/visit co-pay for office visits, no deductible in-network.

I have no idea what my company pays but I tell our CFO I think he did a great job negotiating our health care policy. :thumb:

My company puts in $550 per month.

One of the reasons I've been there for 30 years.:thumb:

119 a month for wife and dependent. The company has a policy that if the spouse has coverage available through her employment, she has to cover herself.

Don't know what mine costs (Blue Cross). My job pays all of it. I negotiated this as part of my salary... It's not a super expensive plan from what I can tell by the coverage, but it's not bad and better than nothing.
