After last night and because 2020 is covid year with revenue way down, I don't think anyone is getting fired after this season. However, no one deserves a raise or contract extension.

Especially if we get rolled up by Old Piss next week, but their D sucks worse than ours did earlier in the year so it should be a shootout.

I like the idea that Pelini’s job is on the line vs OM. Probably not true, but should be.

With the whole 'rona thing, attrition, and opt-outs, etc, I don't think Pelini was going to get fired this year even though I wouldn't lose any sleep if he did. But in his defense (grin), he and Dava Aranda are different animals with different philosophies (3-4 vs. 4-3, etc).. It's going to take a season or two to get the players in that mindset and also to recruit some players he wants that are better suited for his style. One thing is for certain... If he's still allowing 30+ points a game after this season, he won't last long around here. But I'm confident he's aware of this.

I thought about when Aranda was hired, we had problems on defense ( granted not as bad as this year) because we went from a 4-3 to a 3-4 not only because the concepts were new but we didn't have the right personnel. Same problem we have this year and then add in all the coved-19 crap, opt outs, other personnel losses, no spring practices, etc it's easy to see why there has been problems with the defense.

    The O/U is 74 1/2. Sounds like a 38 - 35 game to me.

Look shit for brains, I had you on "ignore" for about a year because of crap like this. You don't know what's in my mind. I never once thought or posted that I wanted Bo fired. I was making a case for NOT firing him! You invent reasons to attack anyone on this board who you can conjure up a reason to disagree with. You're pathetic.
