I don't really need to. I've heard it before I'm sure. I'll believe more balance will occur consistently when I see it happen. This is a bad ass team that can win the title. Coaching will determine how far we go. Just like almost every year here. We have the horses for sure. Plus, this year we have the best player in the nation...

 

Actually I have never heard him be more clear. I'm pretty vocal here about him.

We called more pass plays today. Period.

We called more play action. Period.

I mean, when LF7 is running LIKE THAT and we still called about 23 pass plays, I'd say that is just fine.

Clearly we have to get some of those missed completions. Reps will do that. By Alabama, you will see the true form.

 

I really really hope you're right. I'd love to tell you how right you were and how wrong I was after the Bama game.

 

We passed plenty today for what the game gave us. Running game kept defense on bench.

You don't throw a lot of passes when you truckin.

You know the saying, "When you throw a pass 3 things can happen and 2 of them aint good."

 

Yeah, kudos to @LSUpride123 . You've expressed frustrations about play calling, QB play, etc, that many of us have felt and agree with. But, you are giving positive feedback when it is deserved. Can't ask for much more. You seem to be calling it like you see it, bad or good. For those complaining after this game, I don't know what to tell you. There was a moment or two, like with any game w/any coach, in which I thought we were getting a bit predictable, but all in all, we showed good balance, and certainly were effective. Not much to complain about, IMO.
