If you don't go, there is no money to split.

You missed my point.........I said "If that is what the players want......If a 10/2 Tiger team votes to play a 6/5 team from-------" so be it.I will pull for them just like you......But I would not like to see a bunch of guys that simply want to "eat good, slip off and drink good, get a free watch, not really care about the game" REPRESENT LSU".

Hey---add $1.00 per ticket price for next years Alabama game....Your cost is made up.(after expenses and the splitting).....If the sec will not back up such a mismatch or disservice ---- let them bite the bullet. It would be so stupid to have a 10/2 team in the IB. I don't care whether we are talking PSU, LSU, Miami--

    It's bullchit.

Why should Ole Miss get 969,230.77 when LSU goes to the Sugar Bowl for $1.7 M?

I agree with that, not to mention you would lose the valuable practice time before the bowl. That's very important for the younger players in line.

Why get all worked up over something that probably won't happen?

Anyway, I agree with KTeam. I want to see them play. Watching Peabody's team against LSU in Shreveport would be a hell of a lot better than not watching my Tigers at all.

Sports are there to entertain the fans.
