I think I might re-up just so i can go around and leave negative feedback w/o anyone knowing it was from me...

see the new system works, not only will i re-up but i'll discourage others from posting on the board by hitting them up with red every other day if i don't like their posts..

I absolutely agree. One's reputation is not an anonymous thing and should be stood behind openly.

Really? Does anybody like it? Most reactions were that they hate it or they don't really care about rep at all.

What it has actually done is increase greatly the amount of negative reputation for everybody. It has made revenge a game for some folks who post red everywhere on anybody and make comments that have nothing to do with the post. It's turned into a revenge/popularity contest and is detrimental to civil discussion.

New guys come aboard and say something naive and they get hammered with anonymous red and they go find themselves another forum. Opponents get hammered with anonymous red and they leave too, None of this is good for Tigerforums, in my view. This didn't happen much when your name was posted behind your comments.

We all voted 75% in favor of the reputation system when Brett asked. But it was tagged with your user name then. I don't think anonymous rep would get much support at all.

I hate that it is anonymous. People leave negative rep for anything now. I am expecting a couple for this post.
