How does Mullen firing affect LSU hiring new HC?

    LOL. I didn't say I wanted him at LSU, but, he's been a successful HC in the SEC and is great offensive mind. He may have demons as well

    I can not imagine the boosters are ok with BoB. That’s a huge failure for SW

    I used to be a huge Mullen fan when he was at MSU because I thought he was a nice guy that loved coaching. After finding out he's a huge jerk to work for and has a huge ego to match, I'm glad to see him get his walking papers. Of course, LSU has done quite well with him as HC lately, so maybe he should stay!

    And his next loss is his 3rd loss on the “best” team he has coached as a HC. Regardless, I was at the game less than a month ago where he lost to the worst TCU team in this century. It happened.

    You know, reviewing everything that has been said on multiple coaching threads, I've come to the conclusion that there is no perfect candidate for the job (duh!). They all have their warts. But it also seems to me that the one with the least objectionable warts is............Billy Napier.
