Maynard, stop living your life vicariously through me. Are you really that bored in the off season? Darlin', that's the deal. The heroin rush is so euphoric that you don't care. And being a serious narcotic, you feel no pain. The death part is real and unless they die asleep, they experience it. But most heroin OD's do become unconscious before they die, which is why they often drown in their vomit. Opiates cause nausea for sure. Which is one reason junkies don't eat much food and are loners. But tirk wanted fun and he's squeamish about the high dive, so he'll OD at a party and his mates will keep him from drowning as he really enjoys dying in his sleep. :yelwink2:
