Parsley has long been considered an excellent accoutrement to seafood dishes. It's nothing more than garnish on Red Beans. Now, sprinkle some fresh (uncooked) onion tops over your plate of RB&R (or chili for that matter) and you've got something.
Parsley is also used for flatulent dyspepsia, rheumatic conditions, dysuria as well as anemia and overweight. Parsley is also good for freshening your breath.

once again i succombed to the power of suggestion from the good eats forum. cooked red beans all day, having put them on around 10 this morning. tonight was nice and soupy red beans with sliced up manda sausage in them and served over rice. with a nice garlicky french bread on the side. that was some gooooood eatin!:thumb:
