    hard to say

in 97 after Reece left...tepper came in and coached the I-bowl against ND. the defense played great that game and most thought it was because of tepper's "genius"

so, its really hard to judge if it will hurt them or not.

personally, i dont think it will. its the last game of the season (the players know the playbook...they know what to do)....they've known for a long time that he wouldnt be there...so its not some sudden turn of events....and the game is for the national championship. you dont play at this level and get hurt by this type of thing....OU and LSU both have excellent coaching staffs and players....OU still knows how to call a game.

remember in the 2000 Peach Bowl the GTech Offense was noticably worse after Friedgen left to take the Maryland job.

Hard to say if it will affect this game but it can't be good for them...that's for sure.

Not at all important!!!! Their defense knows what they need to do to win a football game by this time in the season. Stoops is also not the only coach on the team. The Tigers better be prepared for their best
