At least one is confirmed as Syrian, not a freaking copycat, but an ISIS export.

I'll ask you again. What should Obama have done that he has not already done?

I thought your questions was simply a deflection, I did not know you wanted an answer.
    Here is a short list:
Raise exponentially, at a minimum, daily, or hourly drone strikes against any and all targets
Squash the ROE so that it only has to quack like a duck to get blown to smithereens like a duck. Now it has to walk, sound, talk, fly like a duck, and that is before a bunch of lawyers get involved and deliberate. Screw that. If if moves shoot at it, if it gets up, kill it.

Bomb any and all ISIS revenue generating facilities
Bomb any and all ISIS concentrations, whether they have "high value" targets or not. Turn the 10.000 Syrian "MILITANTS" away at the border. Better yet, put then in a camp. Or Hotel California.
We need to turn up the screws on all the backers of ISIS that pose as our allies. They need to decide on whose side they are one. They have been paying these animals off for two long to ensure their way of life remains safe. Screw them. Either us or them, and I vote for us. Simple.

Unless we (and "we" needs to be everyone that are not Muslims) are flying sorties around the clock, unless we are bombing every blade of grass, unless we are using weapons, not of mass destruction, but that will really take these yahoos back past the stone age (and they exist) we are not doing enough. Actually, nucs are not all that objectionable for this pestilence, come to think of it.

If a journalist can film one ISIS convoy, we are not doing enough. One picture of an AK-47 wielding bastid, means we have missed an opportunity to kill one more.

Red, we have not done squat on the scale of life or the scale of time. And I have not even listed a "a boots on the ground option."

His greatest failing is in leadership. The fight against ISIS is the best, of all time, chance for US - Russian cooperation and trust building. It is much better opportunity than working together against Hitler. If he wasn't so weak, internationally, he should leverage our position, and works with Putin to build a grand strategy to take these jokers out for good. Red, the real answer, is a rehash of the OST FRONT combat of WWII. No mercy given, none expected.

This charade has gone on long enough. All Daddy O has done is the minimum, simply kicking the can down the road. There is an end game. One outcome is good for you and me, the other is not. He has not even suited up.

This is a war, and the outcome should not be nation building but to eradicate a blight on the earth. This simplifies things greatly. Every one you see is either a hostile or a friendly. Period. And if you are not keeping up, most of those people are hostiles. The so called peace loving muslims need a "so called come to Jesus." They better square away or be blown away...I like that. Innocent people get blow away in war. An inconvenient fact, but those sitting around, letting this stuff happen, are not exactly innocent, now are they.

Finally, he could say terrorism or terrorist and muslim in the same sentence for a change. That alone would work wonders. Regrettably, the President is on the wrong side of history on this one. I just hope its a history that "we" and not the muslims, get to write.

    Distasteful, yes
    Radical, yes
    Extreme, yes
    Unpleasant, yes
    Expensive, yes
    Dangerous, yes
    Deadly, yes

But it is a war, Red.

And I think someone said, "war is hell." We are much better of making it a "hell" of our choosing, rather that sitting back, as we are, letting muslims inflict hell on the rest of us.
