I'm going with the hogs, anyone that partnered up with that snake patrino is bound to have some dirty laundry. You lay down with dogs and you are bound to get fleas.
Like all of you, I would certainly like to hope it's not our program but I'm not naive enough to think there's more chance of it being another SEC program as ours. That's probably what fans at any SEC school are thinking. Ole Miss, Arkansas or Miss St? Not sure if you're serious or not. Those would just be the last I'd look to. Why? History has shown that teams who've made runs of several years or so at the upper tier have often been found out to have had some shady business. Off the top of my head, Miami, Bama, USC... Miami obviously the most severe- as far as we know.
Anyone that makes public declarations of bribery but fails to actually name any of the schools . . . is probably making shit up. When families of recruits say that they have been offered bribes by many schools but don't want to talk about details, it is likely because they went with the highest bidder.
It's also extremely poor judgment. He has now put an unnecessary amount of scrutiny and attention on his son, who is yet to play a down of college football. And considering the team he's on, it's even more moronic to even make mention of such things.
I know right, we turned down 600k and did the right thing and went with our heart and where they offered us nothing but a position on the team. Yeah right pops, sure you did.
ESPN on aTm: "Sumlin likened his team to a family, saying many things are done and said behind closed doors that the public will never know about."
