This is true. Holiday spending will take a dive, more stagnant uncertainty and small businesses take an even bigger hit. I suppose employment will continue to suck until there's a legit fiscal plan in place. It's the economy, stupid.
It wouldn't take such a big hit if the GOP talk shows would quit feeding the bullshit to the masses. What the fuck are you tards gonna do when a real liberal runs and not this fake ass moderate Reagan republican Obama?
Well, my income is down 50% these last 2 years and I've laid off 20% of my staff. My tax base is also way down so the gubment has less to spend from me and some of my employees. So with the defcit spiraling out of control and the wage earners income decreasing, there is a dwindling base support for the have nots. Chinese may become our official language.
OK guys, remember this: "The ones with their hands out, voted with their arms up." So many are on the dole, that I think the final spiral has begun. These losers will continue to vote for free money and "rats" until the whole house of cards comes falling down. And that my friends is not as far off as you think/hope/pray. I do not see any financial responsibility in the future, regardless of party. Too many are now on the gravy train, and they all have votes. The Founding Fathers had it right, those that put the money in the gubment, determine how it is spent. Next time you go down to your local crap game, try to get in without any money, or the casino, hell try the gas station. You just don't get in the game for free. The model is unsustainable, but by permitting the entitlement class to vote, well, you see what you get. In the interest of full disclosure, I voted Obama. I think he has my interest more at heart than the GOP, but even he don't give a poop about me. Sad.
“Government interference into economic affairs almost never alleviates the problem it set out to solve. The unintended, and perhaps intended, consequences only rally more calls for further intervention. Because of its countless edicts, the majority of people who reside in Western economies have no concept of how and why markets function as they do. They have mistaken crony capitalism or socialism for genuine capitalism. While mistaken, this distrust of the market has been the lifeblood of the parasitic state.” —James E. Miller, “Learning to Laugh at the State,” posted 1 July 2012 in the Ludwig von Mises Institute This jame fella is Canadian and I saw this quote from his blog recently. It rang so true, I kept it. Now you can have it too.
Umm, Never said it was but there is an obvious direction shift being made. Have anything usefull to add? Didn't think so.
